How much do you charge?

In general, if you are within our service area and you have 1-3 cats, you can expect $25 per visit. This may increase if you have multiple cats, need colony care or have time consuming medication administration needs like fluids.

What is included in each visit?

All visits include feeding your cat their preferred diet (wet/dry/raw, etc.), ensuring water bowls have fresh, clean water and performing litter box maintenance. Basic medication administration that isn’t particularly time consuming is included in these visits.

How many visits should I book for my trip?

While most cats do better with 2 daily visits, we especially recommend 2 for single cat households or cats with medical conditions that need to be closely monitored and/or medicated, we recommend 2 visits. If there are multiple cats in the household who are also good companions, we often do 1 visit.

What about keys?

A spare key should be provided at our initial intake visit. We’ll add it to our key system to ensure it stays safe while in our possession. We’ll be happy to return the key at the end of the visit. However, if we need to pickup and drop off the key for future appointments, there is a $10 fee to pickup. There is no charge if you want to pick up and drop off from our work or home.

How do I know my keys are safe?

All client keys are kept in a secure key box labeled with a key tag that identifies only your pet name. Addresses and street names are never used to label keys. The keys for only those clients being seen on that day are ever removed from the key box and placed on a lockable key chain so it can’t slip off. Once the last visit happens, the key is placed back in the secure box.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Please text or call us at 443-302-9555. Do not e-mail unless you are cancelling future planned dates.

Are there cancellation fees?

No. We respect your time and understand that things come up. We prefer as much notice as you can give us but if you need to cancel, please text or call as soon as possible. Understand, however, that if we arrive at your location before you have cancelled the appointment, you will still be charged for the visit.
